火电机组耗差分析及信息平台设计实现

ANALYSIS OF THERMAL POWER UNIT LOSS AND DESIGNAND REALIZATION OF INFORMATION PLATFORM

  • 摘要: 能源日益减少对火电厂节能降耗提出更高的要求,降低机组煤耗是减少电厂运行成本的关键问题。依据机组不同运行方式及参数各自特点,提出采用机组设计值、K-means聚类算法优化运行试验值及变工况计算这三种目标值确定方法。采用锅炉热偏差计算模型与循环函数法对某600 MW火电机组进行耗差分析计算,最终设计实现耗差分析信息平台,为电厂节能降耗给予有效指导。

     

    Abstract: Inereasingly less energy puts forward higher requirements for energy saving and consumption reduction inthermal power plants. Reducing coal consumption of unit is the key problem to reduce the operating cost of power plantAccording to the characteristies of different operation modes and parameters of the unit, three methods were proposed todetermine the target values, which were junit design value, K-means clustering algorithm to optimize the operation testvalue and variable condition calculation, "The boiler thermal deviation caleulation model and cvclic function method wereused to analyze and calculate the consumption differenee of a 600 MW thermal power unit. T'he information platform ofthe consumption dilerenee analysis was designed and realized, which provided elfective guidance for the power plant tosave energy and reduce consumption.
