Abstract: In order to improve the test efficiency of the 3D NoC resource core,this paper proposes a method of combining multicast pipeline parallel testing isomorphic cores and unicast testing heterogeneous cores to test IP cores under power constraints.In order to reduce the waiting time of test data due to resource conflicts,an improved XYZ routing algorithm was designed,and the improved artificial bee colony(ABC)algorithm was used to solve the optimal test planning scheme.The international standard circuit test set ITC'02 was taken as the experimental object.The results show that the maximum test time optimization rate reaches 15.45％.Compared with other test planning methods,the method can effectively improve the parallel test efficiency.
