基于区块链与RPA技术的物流单证自动化设计与应用

DESIGN AND APPLICATION OF LOGISTICS DOCUMENT AUTOMATION BASED ON BLOCKCHAIN AND RPA

  • 摘要: 针对S公司物流中心现有报关业务中物流单证处理流程存在的重复性及错误率高和人工效率低的问题,基于机器人流程自动化设计连接SAP系统的包含单证自动导出、申报要素自动匹配、货代数据自动传输三个功能模块的企业物流单证自动化方案,并应用区块链的智能合约与IPFS网络将每一笔代理报关业务数据上链存证。在UiPath平台与以太坊测试链中的试运行结果表明其能够帮助企业降本增效,同时实现与货代企业合作中的可信追责。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems existing in the current customs declaration business of S Company's logistics center, such as the repetitiveness of the logistics document processing process, the high error rate and the low labor efficiency, an enterprise logistics document automation scheme based on robot process automation was designed to connect with SAP system, which includes three functional modules: document auto-export, document auto-match and freight forwarder data auto-transmission. The smart contract of blockchain and IPFS network were applied to link up and prove each agent customs declaration data. The test on UiPath and Ethereum show that the scheme can help enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency, and achieve accountability in cooperation with forwarders.
