基于深度学习的山火救援与评估GIS平台设计与实现

GIS PLATFORM FOR MOUNTAIN FIRE RESCUE AND EVALUATION BASED ON DEEP LEARNING

  • 摘要: 山火是严重的自然灾害之一,科学、有效地进行山火救援以及灾后损失评估极为重要。结合PIE二次开发SDK、SegNet和UNet深度学习模型、遥感等技术,设计并实现具有山火蔓延模拟、灾前灾后建筑物自动化提取、灾后损失科学评估等功能的基于深度学习的山火救援与评估GIS平台。该平台可为山火灾害的应急处置和紧急救援提供更加智能化的解决方案。

     

    Abstract: Wildfire is one of the serious natural disasters. Scientific and effective rescue of wildfires and post-disaster loss assessment are extremely important. This research combines PIE secondary development SDK, SegNet and UNet deep learning models, remote sensing and other technologies to design and implement a deep learning based GIS platform for mountain fire rescue and evaluation, which includes functions such as wildfire spreading simulation, automatic extraction of buildings before and after disasters, and scientific assessment of post-disaster losses. This platform can provide more intelligent solutions for the emergency treatment and emergency rescue of wildfire disasters.
