Abstract: In order to improve the trustworthiness in verification and validation of software trustworthiness, an extension of software test process model for trustworthiness test is proposed. The trustworthiness system framework defined by BS10754-1 and the software test process defined by GB/T 38634.2 were analyzed. The 24 principles and 73 technologies in BS10754-1 which were explicitly related to or helpful to the trustworthiness test process were refined into 21 test task and built in 7 processes of GB/T 38634.2. The trustworthiness test process model could help enterprises improve the trustworthiness in verification and validation of software trustworthiness.
