Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of the low application level of the new generation of geometrical product specification and verification (GPS) standards in actual engineering, the difficulty of integration between operations, and the excessive reliance on the experience of the inspector, this paper carries out the ontology construction and reasoning research of geometric error inspection operation. We established a geometric error inspection operation information representation model according to the new GPS inspection operation and part measurement information. We built the corresponding geometric error inspection operation ontology based on the information representation model, used the Semantic Web Rule Language (SWRL) to establish Check the SWRL rules for operating intelligent reasoning, and verified the feasibility of the method in Protegé with an example.
