基于物联网的浮标锚链闭环全生命周期管理辅助决策系统

A BUOY ANCHOR CHAIN CLOSED-LOOP LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT ASSISTED DECISION SYSTEM BASED ON INTERNET OF THINGS

  • 摘要: 为提高浮标锚链全链条信息协作能力,设计一种基于消息队列遥测传输( Message Queuing Telemetry Transport , MQTT) 的浮标锚链闭环全生命周期管理辅助决策系统。该系统采用前后端分离技术(Nginx 消息代理、 Redis 会话缓存)实现了系统 Web 应用框架,大幅提升系统的敏捷性、复用性和可维护性。通过在北海航海保障 中心营口航标处部署实施,可实时识别记录新型锚链全生命周期信息,实现锚链堆场分布、航道分布、制造商分布 等辅助决策支持,提高浮标锚链的智能监管能力与使用效率。

     

    Abstract: Due to the use of PC as the management application, the traditional pumping station management system can not monitor the equipment information anytime and anywhere, and can not report the equipment failure in time. In response to these problems, "Mobile Pumping Station Management System" is designed and developed. In addition to the mobile terminal of the system being developed based on the Android platform, the system utilized the feature of HTML5 that was easy to update and maintain. Through hybrid development, it solved the problem that pure HTML5 could not call the underlying hardware, and solved the problem that native software development and update were difficult. The operating results show that the developed system has better usability and convenience.
