便携式隐私安全数字微流控生物芯片

PORTABLE PRIVACY AND SECURITY DIGITAL MICROFLUIDIC BIOCHIP

  • 摘要: 为了提高数字微流控生物芯片(Digital Microfluidic Biochip,DMFB)的便携性,促进其发展及应用,提出可移动DMFB模型。该模型将微控制器通过无线模块与云服务器传输生化协议,并实时获得响应结果。考虑芯片与云服务器访问的安全隐患,采用对称加密算法SM4和SM2构造的数字签名算法保证数据传输及云服务器访问安全。设计数据在传输中的处理细节和用户使用操作过程对其身份验证的各个流程。实验结果表明,该模型在时间和空间上具有可行性。

     

    Abstract: In order to enhance the portability of the digital microfluidic biochip (DMFB) and accelerate its development and application, a movable DMFB model is proposed. The model transmitted biochemical protocol between the microcontroller and the cloud server through the wireless module and obtained the response result in realtime. Considering the security hidden trouble of access to chip and cloud server, the digital signature algorithm constructed by symmetric encryption algorithm SM4 and SM2 guaranteed the security of data transmission and access to a cloud server. The details of data processing in transmission and the process of user authentication with operation procedure were also presented. The experimental results show that the model is feasible in time and space.
