基于Modbus的双环路冗余总线控制器的设计与实现

DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF DUAL-LOOP REDUNDANT BUS CONTROLLER BASED ON MODBUS

  • 摘要: 针对传统过程控制系统的PLC/DCS对终端执行机构实时监测与控制导致系统资源消耗沉重,单点设备故障容易引发整个系统通信瘫痪等工业问题,为增强系统通信容错能力,使PLC与终端执行机构稳定可靠地连接,设计并实现基于Modbus的双环路冗余总线控制器。控制器内部采用双CPU冗余热备份设计,有效降低PLC的工作负担,提高了系统的鲁棒性和实时性,适用于工业现场。

     

    Abstract: The PLC/DCS real-time monitoring and control of the terminal actuator in the traditional process control system leads to heavy system resource consumption, and the failure of a single of equipment is easy to cause communication breakdown of the whole system and other industrial problems. To enhance the communication fault-tolerant ability of the system and make PLC and terminal actuators connect stably and reliably, a dual-loop redundant bus controller based on Modbus was designed and implemented. The controller adopted dual CPU and the design of redundant heat backup, which effectively reduced the PLC workload, improved the system robustness and real-time performance, and was suitable for industrial field.
