基于动态规则的船体分段车间作业计划系统设计与实现

DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF JOB SHOP SCHEDULING SYSTEM FOR HULL SECTIONS BASED ON DYNAMIC RULES

  • 摘要: 为解决船体建造分段车间作业排程受影响因素多、复杂度高、工作量大等问题,设计基于动态规则的船体分段车间作业计划系统。分析、梳理船企作业排程现状和受影响要素,提出总体设计思路和功能框架方案。通过对影响作业排程的车间、场地、设备、班组等关键要素建立关联约束关系,结合生产实绩反馈数据,构建动态规则,并在动态规则的前置约束条件下,采用遗传算法与贪心算法融合的排产算法,实现船体分段车间作业计划智能生成。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems such as many influencing factors, high complexity and heavy workload, a hull section job shop scheduling system based on dynamic rules is designed. The paper analyzed and sorted out the current situation and affected factors of the ship enterprise's work scheduling, and proposed the overall design idea and functional framework scheme. The association constraint relationship was established for the key elements that affect the operation scheduling, such as workshop, site, equipment, and team. We combined the key elements with actual production feedback data, and built dynamic rules. Under the pre-constraint conditions of dynamic rules, the scheduling algorithm based on the fusion of genetic algorithm and greedy algorithm was adopted and the intelligent generating hull section job shop scheduling was realized.
