基于非凸全变分和剪切波的磁共振图像重建

MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGE RECONSTRUCTION BASED ON NON-CONVEX TOTAL VARIATION AND SHEARLET TRANSFORM

  • 摘要: 针对磁共振图像重建后边缘模糊、纹理不清晰等问题,提出一种混合正则约束项的图像重建模型。利用稀疏表示更为逼近L 0范式的最大最小非凸全变分和对纹理细节保持效果更好的剪切波变换作为约束项构建重建模型,并使用交替方向乘子算法对新模型进行数值求解。实验结果表明,该模型不论是主观视觉效果,还是峰值信噪比和结构相似度等评价标准均优于其他对照模型,不仅能保留图像的纹理信息,同时有效地保留图像边缘信息。

     

    Abstract: Aimed at the problems of blurred edges and unclear textures after reconstruction of MRI images, an image reconstruction model with mixed regular constraints is proposed. The maximum and minimum nonconvex total variation with sparse representation closer to L 0 normal form and the shear wave transform with better texture details were used as constraints to construct the reconstruction model. Next, an extended ADMM algorithm was proposed to solve the new model. The experimental results show that the proposed model can not only preserve the texture information of the image, but also preserve the edge information of the image effectively.
