基于边缘和位置信息的细胞核分割方法

NUCLEI SEGMENTATION METHOD BASED ON EDGE AND POSITION INFORMATION

  • 摘要: 针对细胞核的模糊边缘和重叠细胞核导致分割准确性不佳的问题,提出一种基于边缘和位置信息的细胞核分割方法。该方法使用细胞核边缘增强网络获取和增强掩膜中的边界信息,并利用增强的边缘信息引导卷积神经网络的编码器提取边缘信息。在编码器中利用边缘细化模块获得更为准确的细胞核边缘。在编码器和解码器之间,通过双注意力机制获得位置信息,并在网络训练中,使用结合边缘信息的损失函数。实验结果表明,通过利用边缘和位置信息,该方法有助于提高细胞核分割准确性。

     

    Abstract: Aimed at the problem of poor segmentation accuracy due to fuzzy edge of nuclei and overlapping nuclei, an edge and position information-based nuclei segmentation method is proposed. The proposed method used the nuclei edge enhancement network to obtain and enhance the boundary information of the mask, and used the enhanced edge information to guide the encoder of convolutional neural network to extract the edge information. In the encoder, the edge refinement module was used to obtain more accurate nuclei edge. Between the encoder and the decoder, the position information was obtained through the dual attention mechanism. In network training, the loss function combined with edge information was used. The experimental results show that this method can improve the accuracy of nuclear segmentation by using edge and position information.
