基于开发者足迹的诈骗网站主动感知技术研究

PROACTIVE DETECTION FOR SCAM WEBSITES BASED ON DEVELOPER FOOTPRINT

  • 摘要: 网络诈骗的预防打击最迫切需要解决的一个问题是如何从海量互联网资源中精准定位诈骗网站。为此,提出一个针对诈骗网站的主动感知方法,通过挖掘诈骗网站的开发者在 DNS 解析、云服务等基础设施上遗留的足迹信息,可以基于少量已知诈骗网站集合推断其他潜在的诈骗网站,然后利用诈骗网站的结构信息和语义信息对疑似诈骗网站进行准确甄别。实验表明,提出的主动感知方法能够有效地挖掘疑似诈骗网站并以较高的准确率进行甄别。

     

    Abstract: The most urgent problem to be solved in the prevention and attack of online fraud is how to accurately locate fraud websites from massive Internet resources. Therefore, we propose an active detection method for scam websites. By mining the footprint information left by the developers on infrastructures such as DNS resolution, cloud services, we could infer other potential scam websites based on a small set of known scam websites. We used the structural information and semantic information of the scam website to accurately identify the suspected scam website. Experiments show that the proposed active detection method can effectively mine suspected scam websites and identify them with high accuracy.
