一种基于区块链的自动保险理赔系统

AN AUTOMATIC INSURANCE CLAIM SETTLEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON BLOCKCHAIN

  • 摘要: 电子病历(Electronic Medical Record, EMR)是患者进行相关医疗诊断的私人数据,但是相关保险理赔都会进行明文查阅这些隐私数据,容易造成隐私数据泄露,并存在数据安全的风险。为了解决上述问题,提出通过利用区块链和智能合约实现电子病历集中管理和存储,病人的电子病历存储在星际文件系统(InterPlanetary File System, IPFS)中,通过智能合约与患者的数据进行关联。病人在医院就诊时,直接生成理赔合约,保险公司在进行理赔时,无需获取病人电子病历明文信息,通过理赔合约判断保险是否需要理赔,实现保险理赔规范化和保护用户隐私数据的目的。

     

    Abstract: Electronic medical record (EMR) is the private data of patients for relevant medical diagnosis, but the relevant insurance claims will access these private data in clear text, which is easy to cause the disclosure of private data and the risk of data security. In order to solve the above problems, it is proposed that the centralized management and storage of electronic medical records can be realized by using blockchain and smart contract. The patient's electronic medical records were stored in the InterPlanetary file system (IPFS) and associated with the patient's data through smart contract. When a patient saw a doctor in the hospital, a claim settlement contract was directly generated. When settling a claim, the insurance company did not need to obtain the explicit information of the patient's electronic medical record. It judged whether the insurance needed to settle a claim through the claim settlement contract, so as to realize the purpose of standardizing the insurance claim settlement and protecting the user's privacy data.
