DESIGN AND APPLICATION OF ACUTE PANCREATITIS SPECIALIZED DATABASEBASED ON SHENKANG MEDICAL UNION PLATFORM

In order to better meet the clinical research needs of acute pancreatitis, it is urgent to establish astandardized and multi center specialized disease database to guide clinical continuous improvement of diagnosis andtreatment quality. With the support of the municipal government, we have collaborated with nine municipal hospitals todevelop a multi-center standard data model for acute panereatitis. Based on the Shenkang Medical Union platform, themulti-center and multi-source heterogeneous data fusion natural language processing technology was standardized ancdeeply processed and integrated. A struetured specialized disease database was implemented, and it supportedresearchers in conducting relevant clinical research. The municipal acute panereatitis specialized disease database canpromote standardization of data aggregation, improve clinical research level, and promote the application of informationtechnology.
