Abstract: With the advantages of being more convenient, friendly and inclusive, artificial intelligence technology is considered as an important technical means to allow the elderly to share the digital dividends. However, the acceptance and use of AI technology by the elderly still face many challenges. With the research goal of "analyzing the current status of AI technology design and research for the elderly, and providing theoretical support for the design and development of intelligent services for the elderly", we conducted a systematic review study on the literature of conversational intelligences for the elderly in the field of human-computer interaction in the past 15 years. And based on this, design suggestions were given.
