基于区块链的食品安全追溯协作平台的设计与实现

DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF FOOD SAFETY TRACEABILITY COLLABORATION PLATFORM BASED ON BLOCKCHAIN

  • 摘要: 为了克服传统追溯系统存在的安全风险高、数据易被篡改以及多系统数据不一致等弊端,提出一种基于区块链的食品安全追溯协作平台的设计方案。借助于“一数一源、准确唯一”的原则搭建质量信息追溯链;将全量数据放置于本地的数据保存区,并计算全量数据的指纹特征信息;借助于统一追溯编码机制实现了指纹特征信息数据上链;设计并研制一种基于区块链的食品安全追溯协作平台,实现产品质量信息公示和产品溯源功能。该平台不仅能够帮助整个行业建立互信机制,促进行业健康有序发展,同时还能够让监管部门实现透明、高效的管理。

     

    Abstract: In order to overcome the disadvantages of traditional traceability system, such as high security risk, easy data tampering and inconsistent data of multiple systems, etc., this paper proposes a design scheme of food safety traceability platform based on blockchain. The quality information traceability chain was built based on the principle of "one number, one source, accurate and unique". The full data was placed in the local data storage area, and the fingerprint characteristic information of the total data was calculated. The fingerprint characteristic information data was put on the chain with the help of the unified traceability coding mechanism. A blockchain-based food safety traceability platform was designed and developed to realize product quality information publicity and product traceability. The platform could not only help the whole industry to establish mutual trust mechanism, promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry, but also enable the regulatory authorities to achieve transparent and efficient management.
