基于探针的服务质量监控系统实现及应用

IMPLEMENTATION AND APPLICATION OF QOS MONITORING SYSTEM BASED ON PROBE TECHNOLOGY

  • 摘要: 随着物联网平台业务规模的不断增加,实现平台服务质量的实时监测评估,故障快速定位,保证平台的正常运行至关重要。该文提出一种基于探针技术的服务质量监控系统和方案,通过采集、处理和分析平台业务数据,实现平台服务质量的可视化展示和全方位监控。在OneNET物联网平台的应用结果表明,该系统可以利用探针采集和分析平台各类服务数据,并通过时延、满意度等指标评估和展示服务质量状况,帮助运维人员准确发现异常,显著提升运维管理效率。

     

    Abstract: As the business scale of the internet of things (IoT) platform continues to increase, it is very essential to monitor and evaluate the quality of service (QoS) for IoT platform, and to quickly locate faults to ensure the normal operation of the IoT platform. This paper proposes a QoS monitoring system and scheme based on probe technology. Through collecting, processing and analyzing platform business data, it realized the visual display and all-round monitoring of QoS for platform. Experimental results on OneNET IoT platform show that the system can gather and analyze various types of service data of OneNET, evaluate and display QoS through indicators such as time delay and satisfaction, give a useful tool for operation and maintenance personnel to find abnormalities accurately, and improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance.
