基于零部件车间 MES 设计与实现

DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF MES BASED ON PARTS WORKSHOP

  • 摘要: 为解决企业管理层到车间层尤其是车间设备层信息交互困难的问题,结合物联网信息技术,针对零部件车间设计一种基于柔性生产线的 MES 平台功能架构,以此满足制造车间多品种、小批量的灵活加工特性。梳理分析用户在决策运行、保全维修等方面的感知和诉求及其动态变化,主要完成了 MES 功能模型、标准数据体系建立、软件设计和硬件系统搭建。系统已经适用于东风公司某厂,通过在车间生产管理中的应用,实现对离散制造生产线的调度和监控。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of difficult information interaction from enterprise management to workshop level, especially the workshop equipment level, combined with Internet of things information technology, a MES platform functional architecture based on flexible production line is designed for parts workshop, so as to meet the flexible processing characteristics of multi variety and small batch in manufacturing workshop. This paper analyzed the perception and demands of users in decision-making operation, maintenance and other aspects and their dynamic changes, and mainly completed the MES function model, standard data system establishment, software design and hardware system construction. The system has been applied to a factory of Dongfeng company. Through the application in workshop production management, it realizes the scheduling and monitoring of discrete manufacturing production line.
