基于4G通信的岸桥应变实时监测系统设计

DESIGN OF REAL-TIME STRAIN MONITORING SYSTEM FOR QUAY CRANE BASED ON 4G COMMUNICATION

  • 摘要: 针对目前应变检测方法在岸桥结构应变检测中效率较低、成本高的问题,设计一套基于4G通信的岸桥应变实时监测系统。该系统选用STM32F4作为核心的主控制模块,将采集到的应变数据通过TCP/IP协议利用4G网络实时传输至云平台,实现对岸桥结构应变的远程监测。实验结果表明,该系统能够实现对岸桥结构应变的实时监测,并具有很好的持续性和稳定性。

     

    Abstract: Aimed at the low efficiency and high cost of current strain detection methods in the strain detection of quay crane structures, a set of real-time monitoring system for quay crane strain based on 4G communication is designed. The system selected STM32F4 as the core main control module, and transmitted the collected strain data to the cloud platform in real time via the TCP/IP protocol using the 4G network to realize the remote monitoring of the strain of the quay crane structure. The experimental results show that the system can realize real-time monitoring of the strain of the quay crane structure, and has good continuity and stability.
