融合感性工学的交互式进化算法求解室内布局问题

INTERACTIVE EVOLUTIONARY COMPUTATION COMBINED WITH KANSEI ENGINEERING SOLVING INTERIOR LAYOUT PROBLEM

  • 摘要: 该文基于NSCA-II提出一种融合感性工学的交互式进化优化方法求解布局优化问题。在每一进化代内计算种群指标均衡性;将种群分为显式指标和隐式指标优化种群,分别优化相应指标;利用决策变量计算界面布局综合美度,并将综合美度优势个体迁移到隐式指标优化种群;将两个优化种群合并,得到Pareto最优解集。实验结果表明所提方法优于对比方法。

     

    Abstract: This paper proposes an interactive evolutionary optimization algorithm combined with kansei engineering by NSCA-II. The population index balance was calculated within each generation. The population was divided into explicit and implicit index optimize population which optimized corresponding index respectively. At the same time, synthetic aesthetic was evaluated by decision variables while the individuals with advantage of synthetic aesthetic were migrated to implicit index population. The explicit and implicit index of optimize population were merged to obtain Pareto solutions. The computational results show the efficiency of the proposed algorithm compared with other heuristics.
