基于播种感知的对抗性节点攻击网络鲁棒策略

ROBUST STRATEGY OF ADVERSARIAL NODE ATTACK NETWORK BASED ON SEEDING PERCEPTION

  • 摘要: 为了提升强不确定环境下的网络攻击鲁棒性,提出一种基于播种感知的对抗性节点攻击网络鲁棒策略。引入三种评估概率网络扩散鲁棒性的扩散熵测度,用于在独立级联或线性阈值模型下检测攻击鲁棒性的强度。引入播种感知的概念,并提出在不同感知水平下测量网络鲁棒性的算法,从而计算节点攻击的影响,提升计算效率。通过实验结果证明该方法能够有效评估和增强概率网络的鲁棒性。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the robustness of network attacks in strong uncertainty environment, a robust strategy against node attacks based on seeding perception is proposed. Three diffusion entropy measures to evaluate the diffusion robustness of probabilistic networks were introduced to detect the strength of attack robustness under independent cascade or linear threshold model. The concept of seeding perception was introduced, and an algorithm to measure the network robustness under different perception levels was proposed, so as to calculate the impact of node attacks and improve the computational efficiency. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively evaluate and enhance the robustness of probabilistic networks.
