基于时间相关性的计量数据差异隐私量化策略

PRIVACY QUANTIFICATION STRATEGY OF MEASUREMENT DATA DIFFERENCE BASED ON TIME CORRELATION

  • 摘要: 为了实现计量数据发布的隐私保护,提出一种时间相关性的计量数据差异隐私量化策略。用马尔可夫链模型来描述不同时间点数据之间的时间相关性,包括后向相关性和前向相关性;将前后相关性下的时间隐私泄露计算转化为寻找线性分式规划问题的非最优解,进一步提出数据发布机制,将差分隐私机制转换为针对时间隐私泄露的数据发布机制;实验结果表明了该方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: In order to protect the privacy of measurement data release, a time-dependent measurement data difference privacy quantification strategy is proposed. A common Markov chain model was used to describe the time correlation between data at different time points, including backward correlation and forward correlation. The time privacy leakage calculation under the front and back correlation was transformed into finding the non-optimal solution of the linear fractional programming problem. Furthermore, a data publishing mechanism was proposed, which transformed the differential privacy mechanism into a data publishing mechanism for time privacy disclosure. Experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
