压力管道检验知识图谱溯源系统设计与应用

DESIGN AND APPLICATION OF KNOWLEDGE GRAPH TRACEABILITY SYSTEM FOR PRESSURE PIPELINE INSPECTION

  • 摘要: 为保证压力管道安全运行,检验、使用人员需要依据相关法规、标准开展检验、维护工作,但法规体系庞大、内容复杂,开发压力管道检验领域知识溯源系统极有必要。首先,通过梳理压力管道检验知识体系,利用数据爬虫、OCR技术实现检验知识数据的智能更新,利用知识图谱高效整合海量知识信息的能力,提出基于BERT- BiLSTM-CRF知识抽取方法的压力管道检验知识图谱构建技术,构建三元组并完成知识抽取。然后,在Neo4j平台完成了压力管道检验知识的图谱构建与可视化。最后,设计、开发一套压力管道检验知识图谱溯源系统,通过检索应用试验,验证了溯源系统具有较好的准确性和实用性。

     

    Abstract: To ensure the safety of pressure pipeline, inspectors and users need to carry out inspection and maintenance according to relevant laws and standards. However, due to the huge and complex legal system, it is extremely necessary to develop a knowledge traceability system in the field of pressure pipeline inspection. Combined with the pressure pipeline inspection knowledge system, inspection knowledge data was intelligently updated by using data crawler and OCR technology. Because of the ability of knowledge graph to efficiently integrate massive knowledge information, a pressure pipeline inspection knowledge graph construction technology was proposed to construct triple and complete knowledge extraction based on Bert-BiLSTM-CRF knowledge extraction method. The map construction and visualization of pressure pipeline inspection knowledge were completed on Neo4j platform. A traceability system for pressure pipeline inspection knowledge atlas was designed and developed, and the accuracy and practicability of the traceability system were verified through retrieval and application tests.
