ELECTRONIC MEDICAL PRIVACY PROTECTION AND DATA STORAGE BASED ON BLOCKCHAIN

  • 摘要: 针对传统的医疗数据隐私传输和共享易遭受恶意攻击和缺乏统一的标准导致共享困难、数据孤立等问题,将区块链技术与医疗系统相结合,通过分布式密文存储实现数据的安全共享,通过对节点的合法性认证以及混合签名算法保证患者的数据隐私的安全性和完整性。通过实验分析,该方案能明显提升节点的利用率和数据的共享效率,降低时延,有利于实现对医疗数据隐私的安全保护。

     

    Abstract: Aimed at the problems of traditional medical data privacy transmission and sharing vulnerable to malicious attacks and the lack of unified standards, which leads to difficulties in sharing and data isolation, blockchain technology is combined with the medical system to achieve secure data sharing through distributed ciphertext storage, through the legitimacy authentication of nodes and the hybrid signature algorithm to ensure the security and integrity of patient data privacy. Through experimental analysis, the scheme can significantly improve the utilization rate of nodes and the efficiency of data sharing, reduce the delay, and help realize the security protection of medical data privacy.
