基于隐形策略的电力系统电压安全检测

POWER SYSTEM VOLTAGE STABILITY MONITORING BASED ON STEALTH STRATEGY

  • 摘要: 为了有效防止输电系统的恶意攻击与偶发故障造成的恶劣影响,提出一种基于隐形策略的电力系统电压安全检测方法。利用电力系统的多端口等效电路计算出系统的戴维宁等效参数,并提出一个方差抑制算法指标,从而确保快速准确地检测到攻击、虚假数据注入、设备故障;设计一个潜在隐形框架,借助粒子群优化算法优化重构系统负载度量,并根据受损相量测量单元的数量估计攻击向量,从而可以通过适当的操作决策避免负载损失;通过三个案例的多个攻击场景验证了该方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: In order to effectively prevent the malicious attack of transmission system and the adverse impact caused by accidental faults, a power system voltage stability monitoring method based on stealth strategy is proposed. The Thevenin equivalent parameters of the system were calculated by using the multi-port equivalent circuit of the power system, and a variance suppression algorithm index was proposed to ensure the rapid and accurate detection of attacks, false data injection and equipment faults. A potential stealth framework was further designed, so that the particle swarm optimization could accurately reconstruct the system load measurement, and estimate the attack vector according to the number of damaged phasor measurement units, so that the load loss could be avoided through appropriate operation decisions. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by multiple attack scenarios of three cases.
