引导滤波与Retinex相结合的彩色图像暗部细节增强方法

DARK DETAIL ENHANCEMENT IN COLOR IMAGES BY COMBINING GUIDED FILTERING AND RETINEX

  • 摘要: 针对诸多图像增强技术在增强了图像暗部细节的同时,亮部图像又出现过亮的问题,提出一种基于引导滤波与Retinex的彩色图像暗部细节增强方法。算法将引导滤波结合Retinex思路处理后的图像,进行限制性直方图技术校正亮度,最后经融合处理输出彩色图像。实验结果证明该方法不仅能够清晰呈现暗部图像细节,而且有效提高了增强图像的信息熵与清晰度,达到人眼视觉最佳视觉效果。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problem that many image enhancement techniques enhance the dark details of images while the bright images appear too bright, a method of enhancing the dark details of color images based on guided filtering and Retinex is proposed. The algorithm took the image processed by guided filtering and combined with the Retinex idea, performed the restricted histogram technique to correct the brightness, and outputted the color image by fusion processing. The experimental results prove that the method can not only clearly present dark image details but also effectively improve the information entropy and clarity of the enhanced image to achieve the best visual effect of human vision.
