基于电力线模糊处理策略的差分隐私保护

DIFFERENTIAL PRIVACY PROTECTION SCHEME BASED ON POWER LINE FUZZY PROCESSING STRATEGY

  • 摘要: 为了保证最优解的可行性,并保持电网数据的保真度,提出一种基于电力线模糊处理机制的差分隐私保护方案。对系统中的线路参数进行模糊处理;实现ε差分隐私保护,确保发布的数据能够产生最优潮流问题的可行解;将模型扩展到处理时间序列网络数据求解。实验结果表明,该方法提高了数据发布的准确性,显著降低了敌方利用已发布数据集进行攻击的潜在危害。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the feasibility of the optimal solution and maintain the fidelity of power grid data, a differential privacy protection scheme based on power line fuzzy processing mechanism is proposed. The power line parameters in the system were subjected to fuzzy processing. The ε-differential privacy protection was achieved to ensure that the published data could generate feasible solutions for the optimal power flow problem. The model was extended to handle time-series network data for solving. The experimental results show that the proposed method improves the accuracy of data release and significantly reduces the potential harm of enemy attacks using published data sets.
