面向工业CPS的日志系统的设计与实现

DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A LOG SYSTEM FOR INDUSTRIAL CPS

  • 摘要: 随着工业系统向智能化方向发展,传统的工业日志系统已经不能满足需求。从提高日志采集的实时性、日志处理的高效性、日志存储的可靠性角度出发,设计与实现一个面向以CPS为基础的智能化工业系统的自动化、智能化和可视化的日志系统,该日志系统由五个子系统组成,分别是负责日志采集的日志采集子系统、负责分配采集任务和监控采集工具状态的采集任务调度子系统、负责实时同步日志数据的数据同步子系统、负责与用户交互的前台子系统和负责处理用户交互数据的后台子系统。

     

    Abstract: With the development of industrial system towards intelligent direction, the traditional industrial log system is unable to meet the needs. In order to improve the real-time performance of log collection, the efficiency of log processing and the reliability of log storage, an automatic, intelligent and visual log system for industrial CPS is designed and implemented. The log system consists of five subsystems, which are the log collection subsystem responsible for log collection, the collection task scheduling subsystem responsible for allocating collection tasks and monitoring the status of collection tools, the data synchronization subsystem responsible for real-time synchronization of log data, the foreground subsystem responsible for interacting with users, and the background subsystem responsible for processing user interaction data.
