面向定期试验的马尔可夫可靠性建模与软件开发

MARKOV RELIABILITY MODELING AND SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT FOR PERIODIC TEST

  • 摘要: 针对马尔可夫方法在系统可靠性评价应用中存在的“维度爆炸”,提出一种自动生成系统状态转移概率矩阵算法,解决了“维度爆炸”带来的手动建模困难问题;针对定期试验工况需分段建模且效率低的问题,提出一种面向定期试验的建模算法,自动完成定期试验工况的系统状态概率计算。基于MATLAB/GUI平台将算法进行软件开发,软件可以降低马尔可夫建模难度,提高建模效率。最后,以核电站反应堆保护系统为应用案例,验证了软件的有效性和正确性。

     

    Abstract: Aimed at the "dimension explosion" in the application of Markov method in system reliability assessment, an algorithm for automatically generating system state transition probability matrix is proposed, which reduces the difficulty of manual modeling caused by "dimension explosion". To solve the problem of low efficiency caused by piecewise modeling for considering periodic test, a modeling algorithm was proposed to automatically calculate the probabilities of system states under periodic test conditions. Software development was done based on MATLAB/GUI platform, with this software, the difficulty of modeling would be reduced and the efficiency of modeling would be improved. The effectiveness and correctness of the software were verified by an application case of reactor protection system of nuclear power plant.
