一种基于幂集置信规则库的发动机健康状态评估方法

AN ENGINE HEALTH ASSESSMENT METHOD BASED ON BELIEF RULE BASE WITH POWER SET

  • 摘要: 针对现有发动机健康状态评估模型受到局部无知性影响时,无法有效描述发动机健康状态的问题,提出一种基于幂集置信规则库(PBRB)的发动机健康状态评估方法。从符号规则的角度对发动机健康状态评估问题进行可解释性的描述;将系统知识与观测数据有效结合,构建基于PBRB的健康状态评估模型,并对模型参数进行优化,进一步提高评估结果的准确率。以WD615柴油发动机为案例,证明该模型具有一定有效性。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem that the existing engine health state assessment model cannot effectively describe the engine health state when it is affected by local ignorance, an engine health assessment method is proposed based on belief rule base with power set (PBRB) in this paper. An interpretable description of the engine health condition assessment problem from the point of view of symbolic rules was provided. The system knowledge and observation data were effectively combined to build a PBRB-based health status assessment model, and the parameters were optimized to further improve the accuracy of the assessment results. The WD615 diesel was used as a case to prove the effectiveness of the model proposed in this paper.
