一款无人值守自动化电老炼平台的设计与实现

  • 摘要: 针对如何提高产品研制效率问题,设计和实现一款无人值守自动化电老炼平台。该平台具有电老炼平台的实时监控功能,电老炼时间的可视化和多产品并行老炼试验设置,电老炼异常情况自动断电和电老炼数据采集、事后分析等应用功能。实际应用表明,该平台在提高电老炼过程的自动化监控、降低老炼过程的成本和提高产品研发过程效率等方面成效显著。

     

    Abstract: Aimed at the problem of how to improve the efficiency of product development, an unattended automatic electrical burn- in platform is designed and implemented, which has the real- time monitoring function of the electrical burn- in platform, the visualization of the electrical burn- in time and the parallel burn- in test settings of multiple products, the automatic power off in the abnormal situation of electrical burn- in, the electrical burn- in data acquisition, post analysis and other application functions. The practical application shows that the platform has achieved remarkable results in improving the automatic monitoring of the burn- in process, reducing the cost of the burn- in process and improving the efficiency of the product development process.
