基于LabVIEW和CAN-Ethernet网关的多控制器同步刷新系统

A MULTI-CONTROLLER SYNCHRONOUS REFRESH SYSTEM BASED ON LABVIEW AND CAN-ETHERNET GATEWAY

  • 摘要: 汽车新四化的兴起加快了汽车电子控制单元(ECU)的量产速度,ECU 代码量的不断增加也对整车厂ECU 软件升级的效率提出了更高的需求。针对整车厂传统刷新工具刷新效率低的问题,提出一种基于 UDS 诊断协议的多通道同步刷新方案。该方案以 LabVIEW 为开发环境,采用 CAN-Ethernet 组网方式实现上下位机之间的通信和数据交互;通过配置不同的 IP 地址和端口号,实现 ECU 在网络中的唯一标识。实验结果表明,该系统可完成多个 ECU 的软件在线升级,在刷新成功率、同步性、可靠性等方面满足了设计需求,与传统刷新工具相比,显著提高了 ECU 刷新的时间性能和效率。

     

    Abstract: The rise of the new four modernizations of automobiles has accelerated the speed of the automotive electronic control unit (ECU) to mass production, and the increasing code volume of ECU has also put forward higher requirements for the efficiency of ECU software upgrade in the OEM. Aimed at the problem of low efficiency of updating procedures by traditional refreshing tools in OEMs, a multi- channel synchronous refreshing scheme based on UDS diagnostic protocol is proposed. With LabVIEW as the development environment, the program adopted CAN- Ethernet networking to achieve communication and data interaction between the upper and lower units. By configuring different IP addresses and port numbers, ECUs could be uniquely identified in the network. The experimental results show that the system can complete the online upgrade of software for multiple ECUs and meets the design needs regarding refresh success rate, synchronization, and reliability, significantly improving the time performance and efficiency of ECU refreshing compared with the traditional refreshing tools.
