DESIGN AND APPLICATION OF LOGISTICS DOCUMENT AUTOMATION BASED ON BLOCKCHAIN AND RPA

  • In view of the problems existing in the current customs declaration business of S Company's logistics center, such as the repetitiveness of the logistics document processing process, the high error rate and the low labor efficiency, an enterprise logistics document automation scheme based on robot process automation was designed to connect with SAP system, which includes three functional modules: document auto-export, document auto-match and freight forwarder data auto-transmission. The smart contract of blockchain and IPFS network were applied to link up and prove each agent customs declaration data. The test on UiPath and Ethereum show that the scheme can help enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency, and achieve accountability in cooperation with forwarders.
