DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF MES BASED ON PARTS WORKSHOP

  • In order to solve the problem of difficult information interaction from enterprise management to workshop level, especially the workshop equipment level, combined with Internet of things information technology, a MES platform functional architecture based on flexible production line is designed for parts workshop, so as to meet the flexible processing characteristics of multi variety and small batch in manufacturing workshop. This paper analyzed the perception and demands of users in decision-making operation, maintenance and other aspects and their dynamic changes, and mainly completed the MES function model, standard data system establishment, software design and hardware system construction. The system has been applied to a factory of Dongfeng company. Through the application in workshop production management, it realizes the scheduling and monitoring of discrete manufacturing production line.
