DESIGN OF REAL-TIME STRAIN MONITORING SYSTEM FOR QUAY CRANE BASED ON 4G COMMUNICATION

  • Aimed at the low efficiency and high cost of current strain detection methods in the strain detection of quay crane structures, a set of real-time monitoring system for quay crane strain based on 4G communication is designed. The system selected STM32F4 as the core main control module, and transmitted the collected strain data to the cloud platform in real time via the TCP/IP protocol using the 4G network to realize the remote monitoring of the strain of the quay crane structure. The experimental results show that the system can realize real-time monitoring of the strain of the quay crane structure, and has good continuity and stability.
