DISTRIBUTED STORAGE OF SEISMIC DATA BASED ON
GEOLOGICAL INFORMATION CODING
-
Abstract
To address the shortcomings in existing seismic data access efficiency, a distributed storage method based on geological information coding is proposed. Spatial information grids were established by partitioning the global scope into multi-level grids. For data requiring distributed storage, corresponding geological information codes were generated based on their geographical locations. The data was stored across multiple machines according to these codes. Specific distributed data could be located through the spatial information grids stored in distributed servers, thereby achieving efficient data retrieval. This approach integrated geological information coding with geological data storage, enabling co-location of data from adjacent regions on the same machine, which enhanced both geographical information utilization and data management effectiveness.
