ENTERPRISE-ORIENTED POLICY INTELLIGENT MATCHING AND PUSH SYSTEM

In view of the practical problems of poor channels, time lag, and difficulty in understanding innovation policies for enterprises, this paper gathers various innovation policies through web crawler technology, and establishes a neural network policy analysis model for policy text analysis, which improves the matching accuracy compared with the baseline method. The system has been put into practical application, and provided several services for enterprises, including the intelligent matching of innovation policies, information push, and analysis reporting. This system has solved the last mile problem of benefiting enterprises with innovation policies, and achieved good service results.
