  • Aimed at the problem of how to improve the efficiency of product development, an unattended automatic electrical burn- in platform is designed and implemented, which has the real- time monitoring function of the electrical burn- in platform, the visualization of the electrical burn- in time and the parallel burn- in test settings of multiple products, the automatic power off in the abnormal situation of electrical burn- in, the electrical burn- in data acquisition, post analysis and other application functions. The practical application shows that the platform has achieved remarkable results in improving the automatic monitoring of the burn- in process, reducing the cost of the burn- in process and improving the efficiency of the product development process.
